Lotte Beckett
Lotte Beckett is an actor, theatre-maker and writer, and a graduate of 16th Street Actors Studio and Melbourne University. Recent theatre credits include Joanna Murray-Smith’s Julia and Suzie Miller’s The Election Monologues at Sydney Theatre Company, Grace Wilson’s DOGHOLE at the Old Fitz, Lily Hensby’s Last Time at the Motley Bauhaus and Ella D’Arcy’s Climbers at fortyfivedownstairs.
As a theatre-maker, she recently co-created and performed Hittin’ it Big! at the Old Fitz Theatre, A Fine Line and We’re New Herefor the Melbourne Fringe and Comedy Festivals, and CLUB NITE at Miscellania. In 2025 she was chosen for the Shark Island KV Creative Residency, MerrigongX at Merrigong Theatre Company, and shortlisted for the Martin Lysicrates Prize and Katie Lees Fellowship.
On screen she has appeared in The Drover’s Wife: The Legend of Molly Johnson (dir. Leah Purcell), Four Years Later (dir. Fadia Abboud) and most recently in the Stan series He Had It Coming (dir. Rachel House and Anne Renton). She also appeared in short films Accoladia (dir. Jesse Vogelaar) and Good Grief (dir. Jessica Sofarnos).
